Dick Button went on a strangely ambivalent rant about the current age rules, first seeming to say that the rules should be relaxed to allow the best skaters to compete internationally, then suggesting that the constant pressure from young up-and-comers prevents good skaters from having a chance to mature as competitors and develop a relationship with the public.
